I recently spent an afternoon at "Apple Days" with my grandma. It was a cold, crisp fall day, but that just made the homemade apple pie taste even warmer. :)
It's harvest time...apples, corn, and pumpkins. (I didn't really get the "honk" sign...maybe we're supposed to stop and "honk" if we love pumpkins?)
^Turkey crossing. We saw at least 20 of them scurry across the road. I think they need to start laying low. Their big day is coming up fast.
