Finals Days of Summer...

It's been just over a week since I arrived back in Portland, OR for my final year of seminary. My dad made the trip from Grand Forks to Portland with me. We spent a few days exploring in and around Glacier National Park, in Northwest Montana. It's a place that I've always wanted to visit, and it most def met all my expectations.

Bring on the duct tape! Then, a day later, my car started overheating now and then. It eventually quit on us in Missoula, MT. We found a mechanic and it turned out I had a bad fuel pump. We ended up having to spend a bit of extra time in Missoula. We eventually arrived in Portland on Tuesday the 19th. Apparently it hadn't rained all summer - until we entered the Columbai River Gorge. The rain lasted only a few days, and were able to get out and enjoy the sites around town.
