Last week, Jennessa and I drove to Manheim to walk around their Christmas Market. For the most part, we saw a lot of the same things... cute stands with various German Christmas knick-knacks, candles, good food and candy. However, at this one, we saw a very different stand...
Hanf is German for marijuana... it was actually pretty crowded so we couldn't make it up to the stand to see what they were selling. The glowing stand next door was a rather popular drink stand, and they even had a large disco ball hanging in the nearby tree. Interesting place, but even more interesting people : )
Manheim seemed like a cool place to check out again in the future. They've got a Starbucks! And they had a really cool indoor/outdoor ice skating place that seemed pretty neat.
