Mikepercs

Mikepercs is the city we stayed in all week and worked in. It's about 3 hours past Budapest. It's a cute, small town surrounded by corn fields and sunflower fields. It actually reminded me a lot of driving across the midwest.

^There were giant storks all over Mikepercs and they built huge nests on the powerline poles.

Debrecen

Debrecen is Hungary's second largest city. It's about 2.5 hours from Budapest and about a half hour from Mikepercs (where we stayed all week). We spent one evening walking around the city square

^ One of many bridges spanning the Danube. I'm standing on the Buda side and looking at the Pest side. Budapest is actually 2 different cities (Buda and Pest) separated by the Danube.
